Returns

Wigwam Costco Next will accept returns for items purchased on the Wigwam Costco Next store that are requested within 90 days from the delivery date for a refund. *Costco stores will not accept online returns in store.

Returns received after 90 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Sorry, exchanges are not offered due to stock availability. Socks that are in their original packaging and have not been tried on/worn or washed to the Sheboygan, WI address. Socks returned that are unable to be put back into stock will not be refunded.

Wigwam Costco Next customers come for quality and value, but even quality items have a practical lifespan. Over time, items may wear out or be damaged due to accidents, neglect, normal use, or misuse. Such circumstances are not covered, and these items cannot be returned.

Once returns are received, they are normally processed within 5 business days but may take longer during peak season time.

If you find that an item you received may have a craftsmanship defect please email us at support@wigwam.com for further review.

To request a return, use the self-serve returns on your order page or account. If you need further help with a return please email support@wigwam.com with your order number and the details of your return. Once your return is approved and authorized, you will receive an email with a prepaid USPS return label. The email used will be the one provided on your original order. Return approvals are done during business hours only.
